REFUND & SHIPPING POLICY

At RP’s Creative Designs DTF, we are committed to providing high quality transfers and reliable service. Please review our refund and shipping policy below for full transparency:

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on any orders unless there is a legitimate production issue.

Approved reasons for a refund or replacement include:

  • Print quality problems
  • Missing adhesive
  • Damaged film or print defects

If you believe your order contains one of these issues, you must email us at rpscreativedesigns@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number in the subject line
  • Clear photos of the print issue

 

 

Shipping Policy

We package every order with care to protect your transfers during transit:

  • Transfers are placed inside a plastic protective mailer
  • Then sealed inside a rigid mailer for added protection

 Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking to be updated and you to start seeing the package move.

Once your package has been handed off to the shipping carrier and scanned in, we are no longer responsible for delays, damage, or loss.

 

Damaged Packages:

For us to file an insurance claim with the shipping carrier, the prints themselves must be damaged inside the package, not just the outer packaging.

If this occurs, you must email rpscreativedesigns@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number in the subject line
  • Clear photos of the damaged prints
  • Photos of the damaged packaging

 

Lost Packages:

If your package is marked as lost, you must file a lost package claim with the shipping carrier first. Once the claim is submitted, we are happy to call and assist if additional help is needed.
