Shipping policy

Our turn around time is 2-5 business days for DTF orders and up to 14 business day for completed items, after a package has been handed off to the shipping carrier we are not responsible for any damages or lost packages. If a package is lost you will need to file a claim with the shipping carrier before we can attempt to contact them.
