You must own a heat press for application. We recommend pre-pressing your garment at 305 degrees for 5-10 seconds to remove moisture. Place design on garment and cover with parchment or Teflon sheet and press on med-high pressure. Allow garment to cool completely and remove film. (If having trouble removing turn garment in press and press again.) Once film is removed cover design and press of 5 seconds and item is ready. If item is shown on apparel, it will not be included. This is a transfer only.
